Welcome to The Chihuahua Company. By accessing or using chihuahua.company (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

The Royal Commission By ordering a custom portrait, you confirm you own the rights to the photo submitted and grant us permission to use it solely to create your ordered artwork. Portraits are for personal use; we retain no ownership claim over your finished artwork beyond fulfilling your order.

Intellectual Property All original designs, logos, the "Royal Titan" brand identity, and site content are the property of The Chihuahua Company and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability Products are provided "as is." The Chihuahua Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
